Terms and Conditions

Upon the viewing and using the site, You hereby agree to this Terms and Conditions Agreement, heretofore referred to interchangeably as the “Terms”, "Terms and Conditions", and "Terms of Use." This Agreement is entered into by and between Visual Devise, heretofore referred to interchangeably as “VisualDevise.com”, “Service,” or “We,” and You, heretofore referred to interchangeably as “User” or “Client.”
Visual Devise claims the copyrights for all material produced, created by Visual Devise. These copyrighted materials may include Clients represented or copyrighted work, or Trade Marks. when such works do include original copyrighted work, or trade Marks by the Client Visual Devise may reproduce and display on VisualDevise.com, but will NOT use them for commercial use.
You may not use Visual Devise Copyrighted work without explicit written permission accompanied by a valid signature.
At anytime before or up to 30 days after the initial agreement is created between Visual Devise and the client, clients have the option to cancel or change the provide design or work, upon which new terms will be written specifically for the client or all license payments reimbursed will be revoked and in which point the client has 48 hours to remove and destroy copyrighted work by Visual Devise not accompanied by a valid current license. This excludes Webmaster contracts between the client and Visual Devise, which have custom terms.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the User and the Parties/the Service with respect to the Service, and supersedes all previous written or oral agreements.
If any part of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the Terms shall continue in effect.
Some states do not allow exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. In such states, our liability and that of our third party content providers and their respective agents shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
The User is bound by any changes to this Privacy Policy when he or she uses the site after those changes have been posted.
Visual Devise reserves the right to change, amend, modify, alter this Privacy Policy at anytime with out warning or notification.
