This Agreement, heretofore referred to as the “Privacy Policy,” is entered into by and between Visual Devise, heretofore referred to interchangeably as"Visual Devise", “VisualDevise.com,” “Service,” or “We,” and You, heretofore referred to interchangeably as “User” or “Client.”

VisualDevise.com also logs non-personally-identifiable information including IP address, aggregate User data, and browser type from Users on this site. This data is used to manage the web site, track usage, and improve the web site services. This non-personally-identifiable information may be shared with third parties to provide more relevant services and advertisements to Users. Additionally, User IP addresses are recorded for security and monitoring purposes.

Visual Devise communicates with Users in a Non-Disclosure form of communication. Users will keep their rights to any copyrighted work presented to Visual Devise un altered by Visual Devise or Copyright Released by Visual Devise. All information received by Users will be kept confidential.

Visual Devise Reserves the right to display any work created or produced by Visual Devise on VisualDevise.com, including but not limited to work consisting of; Client copyrighted work, web site snapshots, links, source code...etc

The User is bound by any changes to this Privacy Policy when he or she uses the site after those changes have been posted.

Visual Devise reserves the right to change, amend, modify, alter this Privacy Policy at anytime with out warning or notification.
